Ltd assure Qualité et Performance, fondé sur une procédure de recrutement rigoureuse et adaptée aux exigences du marché.ResponsabilitiesPerform monthly financial close activities for the corporate operating unit, which includes:Preparation and posting of general journal entriesPreparation of account reconciliations and financial analyses (especially on tax matters)Maintenance and analysis of corporate and consolidated fixed assets, including subledger maintenance, reconciliation and roll forward preparationAssisting with corporate allocations and intercompany analyses and reconciliationsAssisting with coordinating the annual budgeting process for the corporate operating unitAssist with the internal financial reporting process, including the consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial information, consisting of capital expenditures, accounts receivable, debt and notes receivableEnsure financial records are maintained in compliance with both GAAP and internal policies and proceduresPrepare tax justifications, tax statements and income calculationsWork closely with Tax corporate and answer to all their requirementsObtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structureReview budget and forecast analyses and trendsAssist with quarterly reviews and the annual audit with external auditorsIdentify, recommend and initiate process improvements and enhancements, including automation to reduce cycle times; implement approved recommendationsIdentify and recommend systems optimization opportunities geared toward leveraging the efforts of the team; implement approved changes to support improvementsOther duties as assignedEducation, Experience & QualificationsCPA Certified, Bachelor's, and/or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance requiredProven experience in accounting or finance requiredFluent/bilingual in French; good level in EnglishProficiency in accounting software (Oracle, SAP or similar) and Microsoft ExcelStrong familiarity with GAAP principlesTeam player with great collaboration skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy #J-18808-Ljbffr
