Job summary As an International Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll operations across multiple countries and regions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, maintaining payroll data integrity, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. This role requires a strong understanding of global payroll regulations, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex payroll scenarios across different jurisdictions. Main tasks and responsibilities Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll operations in France (140 employees) using in collaboration with the payroll provider ADPOversee and manage end-to-end payroll operations in our foreign offices (8 international offices from 5 to 20 people in each office), in collaboration with local payroll providers (externalized payroll) and local HR relays to ensure seamless payroll deliveryEnsure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributionsStay updated with global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements for each jurisdictionReview and validate payroll inputs, including employee data, timesheets, benefits, and deductions, for accuracy and complianceManage payroll data integrity and maintain employee records in compliance with data protection regulationsDevelop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data securityCoordinate year-end payroll processes, including tax reporting, annual statements, and compliance filings for each countryHandle complex payroll scenarios, such as international assignments, expatriate payroll, and cross-border paymentsImplement payroll system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to improve efficiency and accuracyConduct periodic payroll audits to ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve any payroll-related issuesStay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in global payroll managementProvide guidance and support to HR, finance, and accounting & compliance teams regarding payroll processesReporting: create monthly, quarterly, or yearly reports when required (salaries, benefits, etc.) and work closely with the HR Data Analyst to provide cross-verifications & coherence checks. Contribute to the yearly remuneration statement preparationBudget preparation & follow-up: contribute to headcount budget preparation and follow-up headcount budget on a monthly basis together with the HR Data AnalystCosts control: Track HR related costs such as international mobility costs, benefits (health, life, variable pay, etc.) Education: Business School or Master degree preferably in Human ResourcesGood knowledge of French Labour Law Tools: ADP Decidium expertise is a must HRIS expertise (Core HR maintenance, imports / exports, On-Off boarding module, etc.)Microsoft 365, with expertise of SharePoint & ExcelExperience: 3 to 5 years’ proven experience as an International Payroll Specialist or similar role, with a focus on managing payroll operations across multiple countries and regionsFluent in English & French, knowledge of another language would be an assetTechnical & soft skills required: Strong team spirit, experience working in matrix/complex/fast-paced environments and international settings is requiredIn-depth knowledge of global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements for various jurisdictionsStrong understanding of statutory deductions, tax rates, social security requirements, and benefits regulations in different countriesExperience working with international payroll service providers and managing relationships with external vendorsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing complex payroll scenarios across different jurisdictionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex payroll calculations and reconciliationsExcellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple payrolls and deadlinesCollaborative and collective approach, capable to work in a “knowledge sharing” mode and act as a key team player #J-18808-Ljbffr
