En tant que professionnel.le, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de la Communication pour diriger nos initiatives de communication externe.Responsabilités Principales :Stratégie de Communication : concevoir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de communication externe alignée sur les objectifs globaux d'Havas Media Network ;Événements : organiser des conférences, webinaires et autres événements pour engager nos annonceurs, régies et partenaires ;Relations Publiques : coordonner des événements destinés à nos clients et partenaires, des soirées aux expositions, tout en gérant les événements VIP exclusifs pour la direction générale ;Missions Transverses :Coordination Interne : organiser des réunions et des prises de parole en collaboration avec les équipes de communication du groupe.Suivre et analyser les actions de communication à l'échelle du Groupe.Compétences requises :Maîtrise des outils : Suite Microsoft, Canva, et la Suite Adobe.Anglais courant.Qualités :Dynamique, débrouillard, sympathique, curieux.se, avec un souci constant de rigueur.Disponibilité : ASAP?Nous vous invitons à rejoindre notre équipe engagée et à jouer un rôle clé dans le façonnement de la communication externe d'Havas Media Network.
