Legal Counsel (French & English Speaking)

The international and industry legal department of the Saur Group is positioned as a business partner alongside the development and finance teams to achieve these ambitious objectives. Reporting directly to the Group International and Industry Legal Director, and being part of a team of 15 legal counsels part of two Business Units (International and Industry), the candidate will support the Group's operational activity outside France mainly in the following areas : Analysis, negotiation and drafting of contracts relating to projects (provision of services, engineering and equipment, technical assistance, operation and maintenance contracts, construction contracts, etc.) Advising operational staff, in the context of monitoring the execution of contracts, including negotiation of amendments and claim management. Participating in the coordination of the reporting between the international and industry legal teams Contributing to the Legal Department's knowledge base and to the implementation of tools and templates of contracts within the Group 5 years of higher education in international business law; Fluent English and French both written and spoken, Spanish is a plus First professional experience (international scope) in law firms and/or international Group in Projects and M&A Transactions for 3 to 5 years.
