| What do we expect from you?
As a Product Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating the Functional and Product Safety activities within our team.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible to define and drive the requirements management process for automotive product development and relevant documentation
- Stakeholder management to drive horizontal and vertical linking of requirements, tests, and results
- Responsible for regular project requirements status reporting
- Support impact analysis in case of requirements changes
- Manage and support data exchange process i.E. formatted printing, export/ import to and from various tools (Excel, Doors, ELM7, Oxygen,…)
- Train development team in Requirements Engineering process and support Requirements Management Tools
- Represent own business in Cross Business Alignments and Process Change Control Boards
- Provide improvement suggestions from own business & implement Change Control Boards decisions in own business
Your profile
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree (information management, electronics, software engineering, or similar);
- Min. 5 years ofworking experience in product definition and/or requirements engineering;
- Very good communication skills / Soft skills;
- Self-managed and organized;
- Excellent English skills, both oral and written;
- Knowledge of ISO 26262 specifications;
- Programming skills in VBA / C++ are a plus;
- Basic understanding of project management
