YOUR FUTURE ENVIRONMENT Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Génie Civil, has won the design-build contract awarded by Statens Vegvesen, a company owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Transport, to build the new section of the E18-E39 urban motorway between Gartnerløkka and Kolsdalen in Kristiansand, Norway, at a cost of over €234 million. The aim of the contract is to increase the capacity of the main interchange providing access to the city centre and port activities of the country's 6th largest city. It involves the construction of a 1.4 km 2x2 lane motorway in a dense urban area, including the construction of 12 structures, the reconstruction of 1.5 km of track, as well as the redevelopment of the existing ferry terminal and the installation of electrical and traffic engineering equipment. This new contract won by Eiffage Génie Civil strengthens the Group's position in Norway, where it is currently carrying out design-build work on lots 1, 2 and 3 of the E18 motorway (section between Langangen and Rugtvedt) on behalf of Nye Veier, a company owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Transport. YOUR MAIN TASKS Lead all contract matters of subcontracts, including wording, negotiation, claim, variation orders, and time extensions. Advise the design and construction teams and consolidate / substantiate all information for contractual issues. Review and initiate contracts for subcontractors, assuring compliance with site requirements and main contract, with EGC policies. Lead claim issues with subcontractors, including Extension of Time, Request for Proposal, and Variation Orders. Review and initiate correspondence with subcontractors, within the timing and forms needed. Ensure contractual support for the EGC Technical and Production Teams. Ensure adherence to Norwegian Standards (NS 8401, 8402, 8415, etc.). Administer subcontracts properly and ensure deliverables are submitted in accordance with requirements. Assist and support departments with contractual analysis. Assist the Main Contract Manager to prepare claims or VOR. Ensure a complete financial contractual follow-up (contract amount, VOR, VO, client claim associated, etc.). Votre profil WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Engineering discipline degree. Experience in Contract Management of large civil engineering projects. Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Norwegian is a plus.
