Vous avez envie de FAIRE DECOLLER votre carrière ?Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Responsable de Groupe Systèmes (H/F)Type de contrat: PermanentPrésentation de l'emploi:Job title of the line manager: Head of Airplane Systems ArchitectureResponsibilities:To manage a team dedicated to the design and integration of one or more systems for all new developments driven by the Aircraft BU.To make an active contribution to profitability through defined cost reduction/design to cost programs, as well as to FAL and (in-service fleet) Support activities.Fiche de Poste:Scope of Activities:Lead and coordinate Group activity for systems within your scope of responsibility (workload management, setting and monitoring targets for each employee, ensuring availability of the resources needed to meet those targets, etc.)Manage the development of systems (within your scope of responsibility) in accordance with aircraft specifications, and do so in accordance with quality, cost and lead time targets, as well as all applicable standards.Contribute to the preparation of technology roadmaps as part of supporting the Head of Airplane Systems Architecture, and ensure that the technology choices made align with the Manufacturing and Procurement strategies.Contribute to improving aircraft design methods and procedures.Contribute to the selection of subcontractors and key partners, and provide technical oversight of subcontracted tasks.Manage the validation and certification activities of development projects within your scope of responsibility.Manage non-conformities arising in those series production projects within your scope of responsibility.Act as a technical adviser ensuring compliance with all applicable business procedures within your scope of responsibility.Provide the technical assistance necessary for production and customer support within your scope of responsibility.Monitor technology trends.Contribute to identifying and developing new potential partners.Ensure effective internal, external, vertical and transverse communication.Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization.The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 5 years’ experience.Address and resolve QSE alerts raised by personnel.Ensure that your team has the skills required for their jobs (QSE training, accreditations, etc.).Support QSE maturity development in your sector.Allez-vous OSER l'aventure avec nous ?Venez nous rejoindre et libérez votre potentiel !About UsAircraft manufacturer, industrialist, industrial services provider and logistician, Daher today has approximately 13,000 employees for a turnover of 1.65 billion euros.
