We are looking for a Business Manager who got what it takes to be a part of us, a part of Prime Group!Your main responsibilities and challenges will be Business Development, Hiring and Management.As a Junior Business Manager working in one of our big French company within Prime Group, you will analyze the national and international Engineering markets, identifying potential clients and projects and defining the business development strategy to guarantee the growth of the company.You will hire, manage and support the consultants by using the career management methods of the company such as performance evaluation and training.As a true entrepreneur, you will be involved in developing the business and growing the company. Your role is to initiate and develop business with industrial companies.
