Eurofins Bio-EC, a leading company in ex-vivo & clinical studies, is looking for a new Managing Director.Job DescriptionThe Managing Director will be in charge of Eurofins Bio-EC France, managing the laboratory and will report to the head of Eurofins Cosmetics & Personal Care Europe.Manage the legal entity performing ex-vivo & clinical studies in Longjumeau (92) (35 FTEs):Leading and coaching the sales team to further develop both the business and customer relations,Optimizing laboratory equipment and organization to improve quality, turnaround time, and costs,Coaching technical and scientific experts to support the laboratory's reputation in the market,Adapting the testing offer and laboratory processes to meet customer needs and market evolution (customers, competition, innovation, R&D, regulatory, etc.),Leading the onsite leadership team, training and developing each employee, ensuring key skills are in place to support growth, hiring the best employees, and always seeking operational excellence,Managing all legal and financial activities on a day-to-day basis,Participating in potential external growth projects (acquisition projects),Working closely with all other Group entities involved in Cosmetics testing.QualificationsStrong scientific background, preferably in the cosmetic, dermatology, or pharmaceutical area,Skills: strong in Business Development, managing operations, and managing people.
