But the problem we are addressing is huge and the faster we grow, the more impact we have. In this role, you will be key to enabling scaling at speed whilst continuously striving for excellence. We believe that speed is achieved by scaling with structure whilst at the same time nurturing the local entrepreneurial spirit in our countries. Reporting to the COO, the role will hold regional responsibility and be a part of the COO management team.The role can be based at any of our European offices.The roleAs VP Operations Europe, you will be leading, supporting and challenging some of the larger countries in scaling Too Good To Go. You will hold the full P&L responsibility for your area.You will be the face and voice of Too Good To Go in larger, cross country key account meetings and support the Country Manager in large local accounts.You will steer the countries in the right direction and keep the focus on ambitious growth goals, while developing the local leadership.You will lead an ambitious team of country managers from diverse backgrounds and help them get to the next level.You will be a vital member of the COO management team. This team holds responsibility for countries that have passed the initial expansion phase.You will be a crucial sparring partner to the COO, and take a key role in raising the bar in Too Good To Go.Beyond scaling our business, you will be a visionary about our mission. Dreaming of a world with no food waste, you will carry on a strategic positioning to truly influence food waste and the overall ecosystem.Requirements Substantial experience in a senior management position, preferably in a high-growth company and with experience in a regional role or similar. Ideally, you have also worked in consulting or a larger corp.Strong marketplace knowledgeYou have solid sales/business development experience.Experience acquiring and working with Key Accounts/Corporate partners.Strong negotiation skills with which you can support your country managers.Full professional proficiency in English.Leadership experience: you know how to recruit the best people and develop your existing team. Your way of leading is coaching but you take the conflicts when needed.You’re not just dreaming of a world without food waste, but you know how to get there by relying on data, facts and setting ambitious KPIs.Technology is in your DNA. Experience in Scale-ups is a plus. So is a strong digital background, with a proven record of creating and executing product launches.You can prioritize tasks efficiently in order to meet competing deadlines and have a high-energy, honesty, efficiency and result-oriented working style.A true passion for sustainability and fighting food waste is a MUST - you are driven by the urgency of change and action for the planet.A network in the food industry is a strong plus.Our valuesWe fight together: Food waste is a big beast to fight.
