We operate a comprehensive career development programme that includes mentoring and training plans to ensure that you will continue to grow and develop your career at Hitachi.Job DescriptionWe are growing our Consulting Servicesteamand looking for aChange Leadto join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide change consulting services to clients in the transformation and change discipline applying the Hitachi change methodologyDeliver Change Strategies for clients ensuring solutions are tailored for specific client needsDeliver change management activities for projects, working with the client to ensure business readiness for go live and beyondSupport clients to understand success factors and development of KPIs for a benefits led approach to changeSupport the wider Hitachi teams as subject matter expert on change management, including learningSupport the projects and project teams as a subject matter expert on learning and development specific areas focused on:Training Needs AnalysisTraining materials developmentTraining delivery, including e-learningTraining Assessment and developmentDesign, develop and implement training and mobile learning solutions taking into account instructional design and learning theories.Regular on-site meetings to review status of training, strategy, schedules, issues and mitigation measures jointly with the clientCreate and execute communication and stakeholder plans to engage users, support the business and facilitate changeReadiness Assessments to ensure projects are progressing and implementing return to green actions plansWork with the training delivery team to ensure activities are alignedFacilitate Hypercare support for end users – Floor walkers, training, drop in sessionsPost go live adoption surveys and KPI analysis to ensure the change is sustained and reinforcedLiaise and engage with the client onsite and/or remote depending on the project and client needs, and be the bridge between the affected teams and the project teamYou may be required to travel within France and abroad for the performance of your duties.You may also be obliged to vary your place of work, either permanently or temporarily, according to business needs.Qualifications4 plus years of relevant work experience in delivery of organisational change mgmt. projects on ERP programmes2 plus years experience of ERP training experience, preferably DynamiscCommunication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)Aptitude to easily adopt new technologies and processesChange Management qualification preferred but not essential, as long as candidate has strong understanding of change mgmt. principlesExhibits strong leadership abilities as role model, partner and mentor to project teams and clientsResults-focused with strong business acumen combined with analytical and structured thinkingPrevious Consulting Experience an advantageDynamics 365 Fin /Ops or CRM background would be an advantageAbility to work in high pressure, rapidly changing environment whilst dealing with ambiguity and diversion opinionsStrong MS office application experienceAdditional InformationDiversity and Inclusion at Hitachi SolutionsDiversity is the wellspring of our innovation and our growth engine, and we believe that creativity is fuelled by diversity.
