Our restaurant is situated in the historic center of Haarlem surrounded by shops, nice restaurants, and cosy bars.
You will be responsible for authentic Thai dishes in a restaurant where the quality of the food comes first. You will oversee that the dishes are prepared according to strict quality guidelines, working ethics, and recipes.
Required Education/Experience:
- MBO 3 diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years working experience as an independently working cook
- You speak Dutch and/or English

What We Offer:
Salary: from € 2400.00 Gross per month. Salary is increased in proportion to years of service.

Job Description:
- Prepare, cut, and display the ingredients at the beginning of every working day.
- Carry out the preparations, monitoring/checking the quality, doneness, taste, colour, fluidity, etc., and making adjustments/dosing.
- Marinate meat products that need to be baked, fried, boiled, or roasted.
- Prepare starters and main courses that have to be baked, fried, boiled, or roasted.
- Clean your own working environment, kitchen equipment, and machines, and assist any kitchen assistant present in the complete cleaning of the kitchen.
