Your mission: You will be part of the Automotive Functional Solutions team – a small team developing future Automotive products (excluding AVO), mainly for the OEM market. The team relies on three pillars :  General project management competences AGC “core business” technical knowledge (ex: naked glass, enamels, coatings, lamination,…)Specific technical skills which evolve with market trends (ex: switchable technologies, solar PV technologies, lighting techniques, ,…) Responsibilities will include  Team management (3-5 people) Development of new PVD coating(s) on glass for automotive applicationProject management Specific tasks will include : Manage a team of researchers (results follow-up, coaching, new projects generation,…) Define new PVD coating(s) for automotive applicationValidate those new PVD coating(s) (ex: durability)Make those new PVD coating(s) industrialMake those new PVD coating(s) profitableSupport promotion activities around those new PVD coating(s)Are you the perfect match ? Your talents : Engineering or PHD degree in one of the following fields: material science, mechanics, electricity, physics, chemistryBetween 5 to 15 years of experienceKnowledge of thin coating deposition by PVD Able to elaborate, test, and propose new concepts autonomously Able to structure and organize a project and a teamEfficient to communicate in multicultural environments (presentations, reports, discussions, negotiations) and popularize complex concepts/resultsMulti tasker, able to meet deadlines and manage different projectsStrong logical mind – yet creative and entrepreneurial with an agile spiritHungry for learning and growthWhat do we offer Why you should apply ?
