We feel proud to work in Complete Vehicle!New Renault Trucks E-Tech T & C - YouTubeKey ResponsibilitiesFor the Heavy-Duty Renault Trucks & Multi-Purpose Vehicles Renault & Volvo Trucks, your main responsibilities will be to:Lead & execute the Digital Road Map for CV in sync with Global Initiatives at Complete Vehicle and Group Truck Technology. This roadmap will cover simulations, data usage, tasks automation and AI, and will aim to shift from physical tests to digital testing and to ease the life of our engineers.Be responsible to identify the needed workforce planning to reach the ambition of the Digital Journey.Represent the CV France organization in different forums related to digital transformation. Champion and enhance the digital culture in CV FR through Innovation, team work and Continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and coach the team with right technology and Tools.Build strong collaboration with our engineering partners.Drive improvements in our way of working.Qualifications:Minimum Master’s degree in an Engineering is required.5 to 10+ years in digital job.Proven leadership experience within automotive industry.Experience in Software functionality/IT tools/AI/Simulation would be a plus.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.Excellent in team development and interest in how each person can contribute to the team.Who are you?You are an inspiring leader with a strong will to deliver results and develop high performing teams.A positive mindset and “can do attitude” characterize your personal profile.Driving changes to stay ahead, is part of your DNA.You understand that being accountable means driving activities inside as well as outside your own organization.You will be an important member of the CV France leadership team.
