The Global CRM Campaign Specialist manages the overall global CRM Campaigns Program. He/she is an internal champion for both HQ and Regional Digital Marketing and e-Commerce teams and is responsible for Regional CRM strategies relevancy against Global CRM Strategy. The Global CRM Campaign Specialist will collaborate with key cross-functional partners across the organization to ensure all campaigns are connected and consistent across touchpoints to improve consumer engagement and conversion.
He/She will perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaigns design-briefing, set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns based on global brand calendar.
The Global CRM Campaign Specialist will lead the execution of Regional Direct Marketing initiatives for North America, EMEA and APAC ensuring global consistency and local relevancy in terms of consumer facing communications.
He/She will be responsible for creating, updating and delivering global CRM guidelines, brief and train Regional Digital Marketing teams so they understand and execute local plans against global strategy.
He/She will work with global Data & Analytics team to define global audience strategy, consumer segments and clusters to activate to drive repeat purchase, retention and net LTV overtime.
The Global CRM Campaign Specialist will lead projects related to global CRM platform together with global IT teams in terms of template management, content blocks and A/B tests.
He/She will be responsible of making sure that global CRM program engagement KPI's are maintained against set baselines for Open Rate, Click-to-Open Rate, Conversion, and Unsubscribes via continuous test and learn agenda
The Global CRM Campaign Specialist will maintain a global perspective on Direct Marketing, CRM and Experience marketing trends and integrate these practices into plans to maximize effectiveness.
At least 5 to 6 years of experience in CRM, marketing initiatives, loyalty or related fields in an omnichannel Direct-to-consumer environment and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communication or graduated from a Business School
Experience working with global CRM Platform Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Flexible project management style with the ability to quickly adapt in an international environment
Written and oral English fluency required. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is mandatory
Experience with Microsoft office and Adobe Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite
