Interim Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a dynamic private equity-backed business, is seeking an experienced CFO to join their team for a 6-month period with opportunities to go permanent. As a crucial member of the executive leadership, the Interim CFO will play a hands-on role in leading transformation projects within the finance function, alongside handling day-to-day finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience working within private equity-backed environments, specifically in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating proficiency in navigating the unique challenges and opportunities presented within such settings. Moreover, candidates should exhibit a proven track record of successfully managing finance transformations, M&A activity, corporate finance, coupled with a strong foundation in Big 4 auditing and holding a certification as an ACA, CPA, or its local equivalent.
