Bosch Sensortec GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.Support the component suppliers during development and series phase regarding characterization of electrical drives and confirm the relevant KPIs (key performance indicator) such as NVH (Noise vibration harshness), torque and efficiency.Specify, purchase, set-up and operate independent measurement equipment for electrical drives.The use of measurement data analysis tools (Matab, CANape or similar tools) should be familiar in order to derive the interpretation of the generated measurement data.Experience with common measurement technology for the characterization of electric drives required.(use of oscilloscope desirable)Conceptualization of new and innovative electrical drive unit product designs, working with an international development and design team in Europe and Asia.You will cooperate and represent the electric drive topics about functionality, components, electronics packaging and integration.Detailed product design reviews to ensure a high level of product quality are conducted regularly as part of the project and therefore work closely with the project team, engineering and manufacturing, as an active simultaneous engineering (SE) team member.- Education: Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable degree programme- Experience: 3 years of experience in the field of electrical drives desirable, working in bicycle industry (component supplier) is preferred- Personality: Ability to communicate effectively with people in a variety of disciplines through all levels of an organization, team player, resilient, assertive- Working style: Self-employed, self-motivated, structured- Know-How: Scientific understanding of the physical interactions of electrical machines in mechanical, thermal, electrical and magnetic aspects.- A deep expertise in the design and integration of electrical machines in theory and practice, experience with e-machines and small drives - preferably for eBike systems- Existing background knowledge to implement electrical drives designs into series production- Languages: Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
