Gear up and join us on this exciting ride to a revolution in SME lending. About You and ESKA Finance: We are searching for a Market Development Manager for France to join our growing sales team. This position will lead the charge as we work to develop a market presence in France. The ideal candidate will utilize their deep understanding of Automotive Finance and extensive network of Dealer contacts to quickly establish partnerships and increase contract volume while gaining market share. Reporting directly to the CEO, they will partner with Senior Leadership to identify high potential sub-markets and determine the right number of sales managers necessary to maximize growth potential. Responsibilities Utilize strong interpersonal skills and a proven sales aptitude to sign up new dealerships to our network Ensure success of these relationships by training dealers how to effectively utilize the ESKA Finance platform and maximize profit through deal structuring Partner with our underwriting and sales teams in order to provide a first class customer experience to our dealers and consumers Consistently analyze and review business trends to identify gaps to plan and execute. Identify, understand and analyze dealer’s opportunities and needs as well as promote growth. Build high quality relationships at all levels Build partnership programs with manufacturers / importers / dealers Use data to determine the market share potential for ESKA Finance in France, and identify the need for additional team members in the area Establish specific, time-sensitive goals for new dealer enrollments and contract volume Experience / Abilities Minimum of 5 years experience working in Automotive Finance / Insurance / Lending or Auto dealerships Bilingual fluency in French and English An existing network of dealer contacts in the defined territory A valid driver’s license Ready to travel - minimum travel of 80% in the market Experience with CRM tools Requirements Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to self-organize. Strong team orientation with the ability to excel independently. Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt. Fluency in French and English. Experience with CRM tools preferred. Prior sales experience is essential; familiarity with the automotive industry is beneficial.
