Project Manager Team Leader F/M Are you excited for your new career adventure? We are looking for a Project Manager Team Leader to join our Group Operations team based in Marly (59), France. YOUR MISSIONS: Project Planning and Management Define Project Goals and Objectives: Establish clear project goals, objectives, and deliverables that align with business strategy, Sponsor and Project Leader vision. Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation with the Resource Planner and milestones. Monitor Project Progress and change requests: Track the progress of projects against the plan, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Team Leadership and Development Lead and Motivate Team Members: Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members to ensure successful project completion. Resolve Conflicts: Address and resolve conflicts within the team or with stakeholders to maintain project momentum. Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and development opportunities. Financial and Risk Management Manage Project Budgets: Oversee project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within allocated limits. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project objectives. Communication and Stakeholder Management Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns. Report Project Status: Generate and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Quality, Compliance and Continuous Improvement Ensure Quality Control and ensure compliance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards. Ensure that all project activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Foster Continuous Improvement: Encourage continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and integrating lessons learned into future projects. Implement PMO-Driven Best Practices: Ensure that all team members adopt and apply best practices defined by the company. Standardize Feedback Loops: Establish standardized feedback loops, ensuring that insights and suggestions are systematically captured and used to refine project management processes and methodologies. YOUR PROFILE: University degree in business or IT Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in managing projects or products, demonstrating the ability to lead teams to successful outcomes.
