These are your tasks

As a project manager and sparring partner, you will manage (sub-)projects for strategic software and process solutions and ensure that Group-wide standard processes are defined with the relevant contacts and implemented with IT support. At the same time, you will be available to the respective specialist departments as a competent contact for questions relating to their business processes.

• In this context, you will be involved in preparing cost estimates and negotiating offers and contracts
• You will be responsible for the coordination, content management and implementation of approved projects. It goes without saying that you will always keep an eye on project plans and budgets. You will also use your expertise to support more in-depth support topics
• As an interface, you will coordinate and communicate between multicultural project teams and external consultants
• This also includes the preparation and moderation of presentations as well as team-internal and cross-location workshops
• Last but not least, administrative activities such as project administration, controlling and documentation are part of your area of responsibility

This is your profile

• You are ideally prepared for these tasks if you have a degree in business administration or business informatics or have a corresponding qualification
• You have experience in the use of SAP with related modules and experience in the implementation of IT systems
• You also have project management experience and a basic technical understanding of IT systems
• Sound process knowledge in business, production and sales-oriented standard processes is another plus point
• In addition, you will inspire your conversation partners in German and English
• On a personal level, you score points with your independent, analytical, solution-oriented and responsible way of working, your ability to drive things forward and your willingness to travel
