Key Responsibilities:

• Prevention of workplace accidents: Assist the HSE Manager and the occupational health physician in studying workstations (working conditions, ergonomics), provide real support on the ground in terms of preventing manual handling risks, update care/accident files and perform statistics.
• Medical follow-up of employees: Organize medical visits in collaboration with the Inter-Company Occupational Health Service, perform health and safety counseling and awareness actions, provide support to the HR department and managers in arranging workstations following medical restrictions.
• Treatment of emergency situations: Train and supervise SSTs, control the proper conduct of their interventions and reports, apply validated first aid protocols, analyze care and awareness actions that follow, provide emergency care: provide medical assistance in case of health problems related or not to work, collect initial elements of investigation following a work accident, participate in occupational disease investigation (follow-up and analysis).
• Contribution to the functioning of the HSE activity on the site: Ensure some Saturday shifts to cover the team's leave, manage the material and administrative management of the infirmary (pharmacy, medical equipment, activity balance and report, register maintenance), manage the supply of first aid equipment, on the floor and in the infirmary, coordinate the realization of exposure risk and pénibilité files, exchange good practices with the infirmiers of the other Amazon sites implanted in France.
