To do so, you manage a Buyer.Expert in you categories, you work on your categories business plan, that includes cost optimisation, risks management and market developments linked to your categories, your suppliers performance, sustainability's commitments.You know how to convice and communicate with your interlocutor, to developp and consolidate a strong and long term Business Partnering with your internal stackholders. That permits you to consolidate Europe needs and manage your tenders. You are a metodical, organised and process oriented person. Those skills are important advantages to manage important tenders.You first accountability is to work in cost optimisation and performance reporting and budgeting. To do so, you deliver financial targets for the portfolio through cost optimization and TCO approach. you manage reporting and communication with Director support, you make a follow up on purchase price variance and you build partnership with stackholders and Finance to define the appropriate budget or baseline cost improvement calculation, etc.Secondly, you work in Market insights, strategies development and business partnering. In this context, you develop and implement complete sourcing/procurement strategies for each part of the portfolio and you drive implementation throughout in aligment with business objectives. You ensure alignment within markets agenda for Procurement strategies and you Lead cost reduction initiatives in line with strategies and business needs. Very analitical, you evaluate total value chain of own categories to optimize and define the best sourcing procurement process.You ensure a follow up market evolution regularly to anticipate new risks and opportunities and you give a support to the Global Procurement transformation, liaising with stackholders.Part of your role is to ensure compliance, supplier performance and risk management. That means you develop appropriate supplier relationships in alignment with the strategies, you develop framework agreements at country or regional level and set-up continuous improvement by putting in place SLA/KPIs. You closely work with business stackholders and drive the suppliers' performance improvement, you leverage risk assessment process and you ensure action plan and BCPs are implemented.Lastly, your last accountability is to work on continuous improvement, innovation and sustainability. To do so, you develop a business partnering relationship with key stackholders to support innovation. You ensure early involvment of Procurement in NPD's, share relevant market trend information and provide recommendations to fit with Brand and Company ambitions including sustainability. You actively participate with Procurement Director into driving team efficiencies and development and you define and follow a pipeline of cost improvement and value optimization ideas.Your TeamAbout usSuntory Group is a Japanese company and the world’s third biggest player in the drinks industry.
