About you

Diabolocom is looking for a new talent to lead the Project Team, at the very heart of our innovation process.

At Diabolocom, you will:

1. Lead and manage a team of 10+ Project Managers responsible for delivering our cloud contact center and AI services.
2. Organize the scaling of the team, particularly by integrating proprietary AI products and enhancing delivery and consulting on AI solutions.
3. Synchronize, prioritize, and ensure the delivery of the team’s activities to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
4. Take proactive steps to ensure knowledge and successful strategies are effectively shared across all project managers and departments.
5. Promote strong collaboration with other teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Product, to drive process improvements.
6. Ensure best practices so that customers utilize our solutions efficiently, with a focus on key customers for close follow-up.

What we are looking for:

1. Engineering School Degree
2. 6+ years' Project Management experience in a web/telecom environment
3. Excellent oral and written communication in French and English
4. Strong interest or motivation in management
5. Experience in the CCaaS sector is a big plus
