Be part of our team and help Amadeus achieve better results for its business! Purpose  Champion the Lean-Agile transformation efforts in Amadeus. The Agile Coach will be responsible for coaching and mentoring different profiles with the overall goal of enabling the organization to achieve better business results. Main responsibilities  Common accountabilities: - Has working experience and advanced and specialized technical/functional knowledge in own discipline. Understands how own area contributes to the business. Acts as a reference for colleagues with less experience and supports junior team members. - Influences decisions related to own activity, anticipating dependencies and consequences in complex scenarios, contributes to transversal projects, proposes improvements to processes and is accountable for own and team commitments. - Works independently within plan dictated by manager, with some guidance on most complex situations. Specific accountabilities: * Deliver Lean-Agile coaching and training to relevant population * Adopt and implement Lean-Agile practices across multiple business units * Support, advise and assist team members in the application of project management and Agile methods, tools, techniques, standards and processes * Support and increase organizational agile maturity through transversal initiatives across geographies * Partner and run agility assessments and support the teams to implement the recommendations * Partner closely with the process teams in various geographies to help define and roll-out the necessary processes and tools * Mentor and guide multiple teams on a day-to-day basis * Demonstrate experience in using Jira as an Agile Lifecycle Management tool * Be up-to-date on emerging trends in Agile and scaling frameworks What we can offer you ?  Be rewarded with a competitive remuneration, an individual and company bonusand enjoy many benefits.  Work from anywhere: Flexible teleworking from 1 to 3 days per week.
