Missions :Upon joining us:You join Modjo's Sales team, consisting of 6 SDRs, 5 Account Executives, & 8 Accounts Managers, and become part of a true sales academy with the ambition to grow significantly this year.Your objective is simple:To help Modjo become the European conversational AI market leader by identifying new outbound business opportunities.To assist you in achieving this goal, you can rely on the unwavering support of your manager, Account Executives, as well as Marketing & Growth teams to provide you with the best leads based on our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).Sourcing: There's no need! Every quarter, we provide you with a list of accounts through a multi-channel, multi-persona approach. Prospecting: Based on this list, you'll be responsible for obtaining and conducting the first meeting with our target CEOs, Heads of Sales, and COOs. Cold calling is your primary lever to achieve your target! Collaboration: After your initial presentation, you hand over to your Account Executive counterpart and organize the second meeting (AE + Decision Makers). With Modjo, you can follow the entire sales cycle of your clients. Performance: You work with your Sales Manager to optimize your prospecting methods and pipeline management to achieve your monthly targets. Team Growth: You are proactive and push your ideas, vision, and best practices to improve Modjo's processes.
