Cell Assembly Process Engineer (F/M)

Overall job definition:The process engineer has a solid experience and skills in the processes expected for his area of expertise. In the exclusive field of the cell and battery. He can manage an improvement in this process to obtain a stable and nominal production.Main missions:Define with R&D a process to apply in our equipment with the capacities of them to answer at our customer requestsAnalyze the results of the process to propose improvements to obtain specifications or to be more stable in our parametersIn case of deviation, to be able to define the root cause and to propose actions plan.At the end, propose a standardization of the task and process, to be more robust in serial production. Knowledge:Process specialist: technical knowledge related to welding, cutting and automated mechanical assembly.Expert to define a root cause, to engage analysis, to improve it and to standardize.Experience:5 to 10 years of experience process engineering.Experience in process qualification: Calibration, R&R, Cpk…Qualifications:Master of Sciences in mechanical or industrial engineering or other related fields.Fluent in French and English.
