Inspire your teammates to always be better.What we're looking forWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Product Designer to join our design team. As a Senior Mobile Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our mobile applications across various game modes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive and visually stunning designs.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design process for mobile applications, from concept development to final implementation.Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.Master prototyping skills on Figma or PrincipleConduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that design decisions align with the overall product vision and goals.Ensure product consistency by building out a systematic design approach that extends across sports, across platform (web and mobile) and across touch-points (from our game to our NFT cards to our content efforts)Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mobile design to drive innovation and excellence.Requirements5+ years of experience in mobile UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creative problem-solving skills.Proficiency in following design tools Figma.Experience with prototyping tools like Figma proto, Proto.io, or Principle.Solid understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs that meet user needs and business objectives.Experience working in agile development environments is preferred.Previous experience in gaming industry is a plus.Our Hiring ProcessStep 1: Recruiter Screen (30 min)Step 2: Hiring Manager ScreenStep 3: Case Study + Panel interviewsStep 4: Reference Check & OfferSorare is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
