O&P collaborates with sector experts to deliver results aligned with the strategy.What we are looking for: The Associate Consultant / Senior Associate Consultant role:You will manage autonomous modules on transformational or performance improvement projects.The role offers exposure to multiple sectors, operational challenges, and analytical skill development through a structured training program.Senior Associate Consultants play a vital role in project success by managing modules, conducting analysis, evaluating initiatives, and assuming a managerial role.Requirements for the role:Minimum 3 years experience in core O&P capabilities: performance improvement, transformation program management, and/or M&A integration.Strong analytical, consulting, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.Collaborative, intellectually curious, and fluent in French and English.Diversity and inclusion at L.E.K.:L.E.K. values diversity and inclusion, ensuring all employees are respected.
