Position: CTO

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as our CTO. In this role, you will work closely with the management team, playing a critical role in developing and deploying eBikeOS Augmented Drive System.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: oversee the development and implementation of the eBikeLabs software strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Product Development: lead the product engineering teams to innovate, design, and deliver life critical, high-quality products on time.
• Team Management: recruit, mentor, and manage the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance and continuous learning (the current team consists of three talented engineers).
• Collaboration: work closely with other C-suite executives, to ensure technology aligns with the overall company strategy.

Expertise & Experience:

• Technical: software development, embedded systems, motor control, signal processing, test bench development, simulation tools, safety and compliance, web development.
• Quality Assurance: continuous integration, smoke tests, system tests.
• Technology Scaling: Proven track record in scaling technology from the prototype phase to mass production and successful market deployment in a fast-growing environment.
• Leadership Roles: Extensive experience as a technical architect.
• Industry Expertise: experience in the embedded software industry is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.

Location: Grenoble, the largest city in the Alps, renowned for its vibrant tech and innovation scene.
