Territories, through the promotion of their assets and specific appeal, and companies by helping them to carry out their transformation projects and expand investments on a national and international scale.As part of the company’s development, we are looking for a consultant in economic development who will be in charge of prospecting, detecting and supporting development projects in Europe.Your Missions:Working closely with the firm’s partners, your responsibilities will include:Drawing up a target list of companies that may be interested in relocating and/or developing in a territory and/or specifically in a land or property opportunitySetting up a sectoral and territorial watchdog facility for the identification of projects and the collection of ecosystem dataBuilding databases through sectoral and economic intelligence workDrawing up documents to promote takeover opportunities (business parks, real estate programs, industrial sites to be taken over)Prospection work by telephone and at specialized trade shows/events with the managers/decision makers of the targeted companiesCreating reporting and mission follow-up toolsDetecting business opportunities through monitoring and a direct approach to managersThe profile we are looking for:Experience: initial experience in the consulting field will be appreciatedEducation: 4/5 years of further education (economics, commerce, finance, business management, organization managemeLanguages: Good English, knowledge of an additional language such as German, Chinese, Russian or Spanish will be an advantageExcellent interpersonal and listening skills, good verbal skillsUnderstanding of the functioning of a company and its development strategiesAttracted to new technologies and tools for monitoring and deciphering information from economic sources/specialized mediaA good analytical mindThe ability to work in a team and also independently for certain activities.The Terazem spiritBy joining Terazem, you will move forward in a fast-growing international firm and be a part of strategic assignments with responsibilities to our clients and partners.The Terazem team is the very core of the company’s performance.
