Social Strategy is a new offering to set up in Career France that aims at supporting the HR aspects of any strategic transformations (business / organizationnal / Social / digital, etc.). This offering is actually missing and is key in the French market (as well as in other European countries).
Requested skills:
- 15 years of seniority in consulting and ideally within an HR function or in change management
- Very good knowledge and understanding of new market trends on human capital issues
- Very good knowledge of HR function processes and change management techniques
- Ability to supervise other consultants and drive a team
- Management / commercial / consulting skills
- Autonomy, curiosity, enthusiasm, rigor, capacity for analysis and synthesis, taking initiative, empathy, appetite for commercial development
