The revenue is well balanced between the different business lines: 32% in Property and Casualty, 30% in Protection and Health and 38% for other lines (including Life and Savings).Since 2015, AXA has decided to expand the employee benefit (EB) business in several countries worldwide with the dedicated entity AXA EB Partners.As an Insurtech and part of Domestic Markets Business Unit within AXA Life and Health international Solutions (ALHIS), EB Partners supports AXA Entities in the development of their employee benefits portfolio on the following dimensions:Technical and actuarial consultancy: offer and product development, data and pricingSales and underwriting digitalization for both SMEs and Large corporatesProcess efficiency and automation on sales, underwriting, enrolment and renewals operationsProfitability Improvement, portfolio monitoring and inforce portfolio management - Services PlatformEB Partners is now acting in more than 12 different countries with a team of 60 people of which 20 are in the Data and Technical Excellence team, supporting the following areas:Underwriting and Sales solutions: support to accelerate EB profitable growth through different channels B to B and B to B to C.Support Large corporate underwriting through specialized solutions including tailored underwriting and pricing modelActuarial Consultancy support: pricing study, offer review, portfolio review, technical assessmentsProcess optimization for Sales, Underwriting, Enrolment and renewalsThe Technical Excellence Project Manager reports directly to the Head of Data and Technical Excellence. He will be working jointly with the Product Owner and IT developers teams in order to design and implement innovation solutions to support client transformation projects on Technical processes (sales, underwriting, renewals, portfolio monitoring etc).As an International Account Manager, you will be in charge of several underwriting and technical projects, on which you will have the responsibility of rolling out technical solutions according to the needs and requirements of the entity client. Your role will encompass three main components:1. Implementation of underwriting solutions and successful roll-out with the entity/client:You will support the Account Manager/Partner in defining the implementation approach, the organization, and the budget required to conduct the project, internally in EB Partners and in the entity client.You will be conducting the project(s) on a daily basis with EB Partners technical team and developers teams to build the solution defined with the client.You will be coordinating with the project team all the steps of the delivery to the client: 1) Specifications 2) implementation 3) testing and quality control 4) roll-out and change management.You will be the main contact for the client on your stream and in charge of monitoring and reporting the status internally in EB Partners and vis-à-vis the client.2. Actuarial, Data and technical excellence missions:You will support the following technical excellence missions:Offer review and product designPricing review for New Business and Renewal including different modelling methods: GLM, machine learning approach…Reserving with local 2nd Opinion reviewData/analytics missions for different use cases: commercial, profitability improvements, pricing, claims etc.Supporting Clients for local underwriting RFP, new product definition and support on product approval processSupport offer reviews and product design3. Support to Product Owner on an underwriting solution:In your role, you will contribute to the innovation on EB Partners solution range in Expertise and Digital.You will support the product owner in defining the concrete user cases (in relation with customer needs and market relevance), the evolution roadmap, the requirements as budget and working steps on your product.On Digital innovation, you will work closely with EB Partners IT and Digital teams to develop and roll-out these innovations.You will participate in the presentation and the roll-out of these innovations within the entities client or possible prospects.You will be a referent on this Solution and will contribute to its evolution internally and its development.1. Technical skills:At least 4 years of experience in insurance. An experience in consulting is a plus.Academic background: actuarial/statistics with technical modelling background.Strong project Management skills.A strong interest in Technical excellence and actuarial/Data innovation.A high interest in digital innovation in Technical/Actuarial and Processes.A strong appetite for working in an intrapreneurial and agile environment.2. Soft skills:High Customer orientation.Good organization and communication.Excellent writing and communication skills.Team player.Good level in English, Spanish would be a plus (other languages would be a plus). #J-18808-Ljbffr
