Senior Financial Analyst, Customer Fulfilment Finance

DESCRIPTIONAmazon is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support a Customer Fulfillment activity (CF) within our French Operations Finance team in France. The candidate will work closely with operations leaders, as well as support functions (PXT, Procurement, Supply-Chain). The person in this role will be directly responsible for decision support, controllership, and finance for the largest cost area of the business. The role will involve ad-hoc analysis and special projects requiring detailed modeling to support the decision-making of senior leadership. You will help the operations to drive performance and build plans for the future. The candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines among various teams; he/she will be a creative and analytical problem solver. The growth of the business and the increasing complexity driven by new launches and services make this role an exciting, interesting, and challenging proposition.Key job responsibilitiesBusiness partnering with Senior Ops, Senior Finance Management to drive business performance/productivity and optimize costsPartnering with operational teams to influence financial and operational productivity and mitigate risksResponsible for financial controlling and cost-out initiativesMonitoring Key Pillars KPI within CF organization (Productivity, Supply Chain, Labor, Capex) - Supporting the decision-making process with expertise and analysisBASIC QUALIFICATIONSA degreeRelevant experience in a finance role leading a project or programme and partnering with multiple stakeholders within a businessRelevant experience working with Excel, reporting tools and large-scale data mining tools, such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or TableauRelevant experience in financial modellingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSA bachelor's degree in finance, Mathematics, or EconomicsExperience troubleshooting problems and offering solutions to streamline complex challengesExperience of working in a large team or fast-paced, corporate environmentExperience of making strategic business decisions and managing internal relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr
