Senior Data Analyst

Crucially, we’re looking for people with a passion for learning and high levels of determination, motivation and drive to succeed.Your job will be to:Learn and manage the end-to-end process of insight report delivery from cleaning & processing to analysis & visualisation to the report delivery itselfCreating data insight reports for the business and a variety of client partnersCreating engaging online consumer surveys in order to derive key insights for client partnersMonitoring and providing insights from consumer dataIdentifying underperforming areas and being part of the development and implementation of improvementsApplying statistical techniques to model and predict consumer behavioursAnalysing, providing insight and proposing optimised solutions for all core company activitiesDeveloping and generating tools and reports to monitor campaigns and KPI performanceThe ability to maintain a strong customer focusThe ideal candidate will have:4+ years of experience in data analysisStrong numerical and logical skillsGood planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage large workloads, multiple competing priorities effectively, and meet demanding deadlinesThe ability to work well in a team and to communicate easilyExperience in building and developing feedback surveysExcellent data manipulation and reporting skills through the use of Excel and/or similar data management systemsStrong analytical thinking skill and sound decision-making. Demonstrated ability to solve real-life problems. Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced and unstructured environmentsProven attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneouslyThe ability to learn quickly and understand new business modelsBachelor+ degree from a Business School (in Data, Computer Science, Natural Sciences or Mathematics) #J-18808-Ljbffr
