Job Title: Experienced Mid-level Corporate Associate
We are seeking an experienced mid-level corporate associate to join our team in Luxembourg. As a key member of our corporate department, you will work on a broad range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure transactions.
About the Role
As a corporate associate, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the preparation and execution of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings
- Providing legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and capital markets
- Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborating with other departments, including tax, finance, and litigation

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years' experience in corporate law, ideally gained in a large international law firm in Luxembourg
- Qualifications as a lawyer, ideally admitted to the 'Liste I'
- Expertise working on complex transactions in the M&A, PE/RE/Infra or renewable energy sectors
- Fluency in English and French and/or German
- Excellent client and team management skills
- Proactive, team-spirited, and able to demonstrate good communication skills
