Job Description: Strengthen market and policy research of the country, formulate local market, product, business, and operational strategies tailored to local conditions, and coordinate with functional resources across Western Europe to take overall responsibility for operational support and business expansion in the country. The main responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: Operational Quality Assurance: Coordinate the management of agents/suppliers in the country under jurisdiction. By optimizing operational processes and resources, rapidly enhance the operational efficiency and quality of the last-mile import segment for China-Europe flows, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction, thereby promoting end-to-end operational capability enhancement for China-Europe flows. Business Market Expansion: Strengthen research on national markets and customer group, expand and enhance the channel sales capabilities of resellers and direct customers. Continuously explore business opportunities through national exhibitions, platform relationship maintenance, etc., expand regional resources for rapid response, and deepen and expand the national market. Team Efficiency Enhancement: On a national basis, promote optimization of operating modes, accelerate business processes and operational efficiency by implementing operational norms, efficiency monitoring, and business guidance for resellers and business teams, thereby enhancing team performance. Local Relationship Maintenance and Resource Acquisition: Understand relevant regulations, policies, procedural rules of related institutions, and the distribution of relevant resources in the country under jurisdiction. Establish solid external relationships locally and develop resource acquisition capabilities to ensure healthy business operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, majored in logistics, marketing, management, economics or related fields, overseas study background is preferred; Have 5 years or more experience in the express logistics supply chain industry or management experience; Familiar with the cross-border logistics supply chain industry, independently led projects related to product development, market promotion, and operational support for overseas logistics supply chains; Preference will be given to candidates with right to work in the country, or those with local resources in European countries; Possess excellent communication skills, business negotiation abilities, team management and stress resistance capabilities.
