Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, the Project Manager demonstrates Lean leadership through the application of continuous improvement and problem-solving tools. He/she coaches and develops distribution center work teams on improvement concepts and work routines that help stabilize our operations. He is also responsible for analyzing and proposing business solutions to optimize distribution center operational flows. His role is strategic in the organization in order to add value to our internal and external customers.Working conditions :Monday to Friday, daytime, 40 hours/weekPossibility of teleworking one day a weekTravel : Must be willing to travel frequentlyYour responsibilities will be as follows:Plan, execute and control major investment projects;Work with tools and develop teams on Lean Six Sigma concepts;Apply engineering principles to improve or implement operational flows;Establish and understand the needs and priorities of internal customers (multi-site);Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach;Proactively identify and mitigate risks;Coordinate the various resources involved in project development and execution;Maintain and develop good business relations with internal and external customers.All other related tasks.In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:Bachelor's degree in project management or relevant training/experience;5 years' experience in project management in a manufacturing environment;PMP or CAPM certification (asset);Mastery of Lean Six Sigma;Knowledge of Autocad software;Fluency in written and spoken French;Ability to work in English (when required by location/customer);Experience with customer service;Ability to multi-task within short deadlines;Willingness to travel frequentlyKaizen and SCRUM facilitation (an asset).Groupe Robert offers you:Employer-sponsored RRSPsTelemedicineExcellent prospects for professional developmentJob stability and securityGroup insurance programCompany with family values Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, the Project Manager demonstrates Lean leadership through the application of continuous improvement and problem-solving tools.
