People like you. Visit our careers page to see what exciting opportunities and company perks await! Job Description: Device Engineer in the Wafer Foundry R&D Group located in Rousset France. As a device engineer, you will be part of the R&D team in charge of technology transfer, enhancement, and development projects running in internal and foundry wafer FAB’s. Work with Design Fab and Product Engineering in yield enhancement, circuit, and device optimization. Run design/layout and process experiments for optimum semiconductor device performance. Use various troubleshooting techniques to isolate and solve technical issues with devices and processes. Run reliability tests on devices. Work with failure analysis groups on field failures and customer returns to quickly isolate the problem and implement corrections. Present data, results, and conclusions in the technical team meeting. Requirements/Qualifications: Good knowledge of Semiconductor Device Physics Good knowledge of device characterization and modeling/verification is a plus Good understanding of semiconductor process technology Strong computer-based skills Strong teamwork and communication skills Familiar with Synopsys simulation tool Familiar with Cadence Candidate must have a master’s degree or PhD, with major emphasis on Semiconductor Device Travel Time: 0% - 25% #J-18808-Ljbffr
