The Global Marketing Communications Manager Role and Responsibilities: Lead marketing communication project management in cooperation with product marketing management. Plan, implement, and measure marketing communications for awareness and lead generation programs. Identifying new collateral materials needed, driving content, and securing graphic resources for a range of sales and customer support vehicles including brochures, data sheets, advertisements, direct mail, websites, customer newsletters, and product guides, Design, write, edit, proof, and oversee the production of brochures, direct mail, newsletters, sales tools, white papers, case studies, website content. Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs. Develop and implement a global content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and market trends. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals. Implement and monitor corporate sign-off procedures that follow regulatory requirements, supporting DentalMonitoring Quality Policy. Ensure a consistent brand image and message is presented across all DentalMonitoring's marketing communication vehicles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional marketing managers, product development and sales, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful product launches. Information security: Be aware of their own responsibility regarding information security Perform their work according to the applicable policies and procedures Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of our ISMS Report any observed or suspected weaknesses in our ISMS and any information security incident Promote awareness regarding information security in the team Monitor the applicable key indicators of the ISMS Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of years' experience in a marketing communications and content creation role, with at least years in a leadership position. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies in a global marketplace. Demonstrable experience managing content across multiple geographies, with sensitivity to cultural nuances. Strong leadership skills with experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to manage projects from conception to execution in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Native English speaker. Experience in a startup or scaleup environment. Knowledge of the dental, medical device or healthcare industry is a plus.
