Parish Facilities Manager

Opportunities at other Organizations / Parishes / Dioceses, not with the Archdioceseof ChicagoFacilities Manager will be responsible for the effective, efficient, and safe maintenance and upkeep of our buildings and beautiful grounds; Be able to do fundamental electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting and HVAC work; Possess basic computer skills.Requirements:•Minimum 5 years’ experience with demonstrated supervisory, organizational, and time management skills.•Ability to diagnose and perform routine to mid-level repairs.•Pro?cient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair with hands-on experience.
