Solution Architect – o9 Solutions

Job Title: o9 Solution Architect Job Description: The o9 Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions using the o9 platform. This role involves understanding client requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring the successful deployment and integration of the o9 platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture, extensive experience with the o9 platform, and excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design and Architecture: - Design and architect end-to-end solutions using the o9 platform to meet client business requirements. - Develop comprehensive solution blueprints, including system architecture, data models, and integration frameworks. - Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices. 2. Implementation and Deployment: - Lead the technical implementation of o9 solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration. - Oversee the development and deployment of solution components, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. 3. Client Engagement and Requirement Gathering: - Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements. - Conduct workshops and meetings to gather detailed requirements and provide technical guidance. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs. 4. Integration and Interoperability: - Design and implement integration solutions to connect the o9 platform with other enterprise systems. - Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability through effective integration strategies. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data consistency and reliability. 5. Quality Assurance and Testing: - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of o9 solutions. - Identify and address any defects or issues during the testing phase. - Implement best practices for quality assurance and continuous improvement. 6. Documentation and Training: - Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, configurations, and processes. - Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on the o9 platform and implemented solutions. - Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed. Skills & Qualifications: - Educational Background: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. - Experience: - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on enterprise software implementations. - Proven experience with the o9 platform, including solution design and implementation. - At least 2-3 end to end o9 Solution Implementation experience alongside o9 Integration with SAP or other ERP systems. - Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and best practices. - Proficiency in the o9 platform and its various modules and functionalities. - Experience with integration technologies and tools (e.g., APIs, web services, middleware). - Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and SQL. - Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. - Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Certifications: - o9 platform certification is a plus. - TOGAF, Zachman, or similar architecture certification is advantageous. - Other Requirements: - Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
