Real Time embedded software Project leader - (m/f/d)

Job Description You are responsible for one or several software projects. You will work in close collaboration with developers, software architects and technology group leaders to ensure the development and maintenance of the final product solution, with a clear responsibility on performance, quality, costs and lead time constraints. You collaborate with local and off-shore teams. Main activities: Define lead time, distribute activities and ensure Sw project targets. Management all Sw development steps, based on V cycle or agile methodology, in line with department quality process/method. Coordination of project software teams. Management of Sw components / elements integration. Responsible to ensure the milestones, deliverables quality and software development budget. Software project reporting through discipline KPIs. Interface and technical relationship with the customer. Involved in software specification development. Involved in architectural alternatives decision, ensuring consistency with other disciplines (HW, Cybersecurity, Safety, System and IVVQ). May be involved in Sw code implementation (design, code, reviews, static & dynamic unit tests, integration tests) The development may be submitted to functional safety constraints (ISO 26262, ISO25119,…), Cybersecurity features (ISO21434,…) and development process standard (ASPICE). Requirements Master degree in electrical engineering and embedded Sw development or similar. Minimum 7 years experience with embedded real time Sw development for electronic control unit : 3 years minimum experience of developing low level embedded Sw (BSP) with real time constraints. 3 years minimum experience as Embedded Sw project Leader Required technical skills / experience: Experience in software project management: ensuring respect of delivery date, development efforts/budget, Sw quality Experience with functional team lead C language, with embedded and real time constraints 32-bit microcontroller architecture Development of low level software (BSP -> Microcontroller / Hw drivers, preemptive OS environment,) Embedded real time software (with constraints related to interruption, CPU load, limited microcontroller resources) Experience with process constrained development integrating configuration management, change management, traceability management, design rules, quality gates… Knowledge of configuration/change/requirement management tools such as GIT, SVN, JIRA, Doors, Reqtify,… Ability to reach electrical schematics and component datasheet Our positions are open to recognized as disabled workers.
