As the HR Manager of Group Trucks Technology (GTT) in Lyon, you won't just lead People & Culture, you will lead change. Your accountabilities and responsibilities? We need great people who are passionate about technology and who will support our leaders in mastering new technologies in our future quest to be the most desired and successful transport solution provider in the world. Your role as Site Lead is to keep people and processes performing at their best. You will maintain and develop effective internal procedures, handle employee-related issues, support recruiting and retention efforts, and keep performance at peak levels. Most importantly, you will be a leadership coach who is naturally good at identifying problems, finding solutions, and nurturing the leadership team. You will also collaborate in a global forum together with the other GTT Site Leads to ensure common, core, and consistent processes and deliveries. Leverage global efficiencies in delivering and driving GTT P&C processes. You will also take a lead role together with our Head of Talent Management to develop a global strategic Talent Management portfolio including a solid workforce plan, succession plans, and competence development strategy. You will lead and develop a team of passionate PCBPs who are responsible for driving the People & Culture agenda for our site in Lyon, totaling 1200 employees. You will be part of the GTT Site Leadership team and the Global People & Culture Site Team. Together with colleagues from other sites, you will ensure consistency and commonality across the entire GTT. Required qualifications for the position are: • A Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent. • Several years of experience from HR. • Excellent understanding of the business context and challenges. • A customer orientation with a drive for results and an ability to work effectively. • Solid business-oriented leader; anticipates organizational needs and creates solutions accordingly. • Solution-focused mindset. • Excellent in developing people. • Experience in a comparable managerial position. • High level of people management and people development. • High level of communication skills; ability to convince and strong influencing skills. • Proven track record in driving change and implementation of tools and People & Culture processes. • Excellent collaborator in an international arena. • Labour relations skills. • Compensation and benefits skills.
