If yes, you could be our new Lead Solution Value Consultant , playing a key role in demonstrating and articulating the value that Basware can provide its customers. We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our Solution Value Consulting organization within the Sales function. As the Lead Solution Value Consultant , you will be a consultative sales advisor that works closely with our Sales Representatives, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure a successful engagement with customers and prospects, applying value based selling techniques and strategies to progress opportunities. This position reports to the Director EMEA of Solution Value Consulting. SOLUTION VALUE CONSULTING The Solution Value Consulting team plays a pivotal role within the Basware Sales organisation. The key knowledge areas are structured around Value Advisory, Technical Advisory and Solution leadership which are all underpinned by our Operations team. Solution Value Consultants work closely with sales to understand the customers’ needs, prioritize, define solutions and articulate value. Value Advisory focuses on the Value frameworks of Basware and works with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to lead, drive and enable the organisation as well as supporting strategic sales opportunities. Technical Advisory focuses on the interoperability, integration, and compliance of Basware with a customer’s landscape and needs whilst the Operations team support the wider team from a demonstration engineering and bid management perspective. Each team has a specific focus but work collaboratively as a global unit, centered around common processes and frameworks to ensure best practices are shared and learning is central to personal progression and our growth mindset. Key responsibilities: As an integral part of Worldwide Sales, work very closely with Sales Management, Sales Directors, Product Management, Alliances and Marketing to support and drive regional initiatives to improve pipeline generation and subscription revenue Work closely with the customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand how Basware helps customers meet their strategic objectives by identifying key business drivers and developing compelling points of view to drive executive level conversations Building competitive proposals and presentations and supporting RFx responses Acting as a business advisor for our customers and prospects related to their purchase-to-pay processes during the sales cycle Performing compelling solution presentations and technical/security presentations Proactive knowledge transfer, communication, and training Supporting partner management in ramping up new partners Acting as a local extended arm of Basware global Product Management to ensure product roadmap competitiveness and communication Calculating and presenting customer ROI on Basware solutions Independently delivering customer Discovery Workshops. In addition to sales-related activities, you will provide support to Marketing lead generation and be engaged in providing expert support for marketing events Cross-border global sales support You will be successful in this role if you are/have: Is driven by working within a fast-paced environment Passion and hunger to win, succeed and strive for excellence Ability to work across multiple functions/disciplines/cultures/geographies in a highly collaborative and engaging fashion Proven experience in one of the following - Presales, Solution Consulting, Business Consulting, Accounts Payable, Product Management or Sales Specialist role Demonstrated skills in design and facilitation of executive-level workshops - ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various levels of functional knowledge Graduate of a technical or commercial higher degree education (bachelor/master's degree) Passionate about Value Selling techniques Enjoy working in a sales environment - leading, advising, and challenging customers in their business processes Well versed in applying multidisciplinary skills such as customer focus, value selling, solution and process orientation as well as a strong functional/technical understanding Skilled in aligning solutions according to industry trends Excellent analytical skills with the ability to listen to and understand customer challenges and objectives as well as to process the information with the outcome of an exciting demo/presentation of a customized selection of Basware’s product portfolio, with a strong focus on the customer’s value Excellent presentation skills with the ability to adapt the style to the audience MBA or advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field strongly preferred 7+ years of work experience in a leading industry such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail which includes subject matter expertise in key processes, familiarity with business objectives, performance levers, system and data requirements, industry challenges and Financial process-digitization maturity levels Fluency in French and English is required Willing to travel mainly in EMEA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
