Based in Grenoble (France), we have recently started operations our Verkor Innovation Centre (R&D centre and 4.0 pilot line).We now focus on building the world’s most modern and efficient Gigafactory in Dunkirk (France). With this facility, our ambition is an initial annual production of 16 Gwh of lithium-ion batteries by 2025, thus powering 300,000 electric vehicles annually.In joining us you will actively participate in this breathtaking industrial adventure to shape the future of European mobility.Responsibilities :Commissioning the proto, pilot and Gigafactory assembly process from process design to SOP.Collaborating with the product engineering team to optimize the assembly process for the cell design.Improving assembly by increasing the level of process automation, which will save capital and operating costs.Testing and validating state-of-the-art technologies for use in the assembly process.During operation, you will complete root cause investigations into defects in the assembly process.Requirements :Evidence of exceptional ability. Verkor follows a culture of full-cycle engineering where members will have full responsibility and accountability for their projects from start to finish. We are looking for the best of the best.>10 years of manufacturing engineering experienceExperience in battery manufacturing environment, particularly with lithium-ion battery cell AssemblyExperience with products sensitive to environmental conditions, such as the electronics or food industries.
