PR embarked on the journey of gaining its fair share by creating a dedicated business unit in 2021. Since then, PR has accelerated market share gains and is expected to continue this trend. This role is expected to enable PR journey to capture the fair share in the increasing RTD category by focusing on the 3 pillars, encompassing (but not limited to):Your Key Missions:Business Intelligence & Market Performance measurementYou will collaborate with HQ on category relevant data collection and analysisYou will lead the research of emerging business trends, expansion opportunities (including partnerships), competitive threats, and the viability of competitorsYou will further develop and provide adapted tools, business metrics and reports to monitor and understand RTD and convenience performance in its environment in collaboration with commercial teams (story tell)You will conduct organizational reviews to identify RTD and convenience business strengths and weaknesses and evaluate operational effectiveness.You will provide competitive review updates on regular basis to the team (CODI, Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing) to ensure top management have a holistic viewStrategic & financial planning: You will articulate new strategic approaches, new positioning and strategic visionYou will lead yearly strategic planning process including long term strategic and financial planningYou will be the key contact for market performance financial update for APAC regionPernod Ricard performance / Decision making support /business supportYou will coordinate strategic presentations to top management: business review, Budget, strategic planYou will ensure strategic planning tools update and enrichment: Pricing recommendation, market segmentation, portfolio management, etc.You will develop recommendation for internal business process improvement You will support market visits material preparationYou will prepare ad hoc business cases on specific competitive situation or challengesOthers: You will collaborate with CI on bringing valuable data driven insights on global new trends and business opportunities within the RTD category,You will drive synergies in terms of consumer understanding and opportunities identification (with Portfolio and Business Acceleration)You will support strategic decisions with recommendation rooted in strong business insights.You will support for upcoming M&A opportunities.
