Job Description As part of the International Accounting department, you will report to a manager based at the headquarters in Sweden, while working on the French scope. You will work closely with the French teams on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include: Participating in the closing of books process for the parent company and subsidiaries abroad. Responsibilities include: Analyzing the legal entities' P&L from an accounting perspective Reconciling balance sheet accounts Collaborating closely with our Business Control team Posting accruals, cost allocations, and other ad hoc closing entries Actively participating in developing and improving accounting processes, mainly related to the closing of books. Acting as the main contact for year-end activities and liaising with auditors. Drafting Annual Accounts and handling tax filing. Ensuring compliance with tax and accounting rules and group guidelines. Handling ad hoc requests. Working closely with the Ops Accounting team (A/R and A/P) regarding accruals and payment processes. Profile Sought Proactive in improving team workflows and open to new challenges. At Livi, change is a constant. Team player with the ability to work well with accounting teams (Nordic and International). Structured and results-oriented mindset, working with high quality. Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written. The working language is English. Driven to develop and seek new knowledge. Required Skills Expertise in accounting and financial analysis, both IFRS and French GAAP. Ability to manage book closings and reconciliation processes. Experience in drafting annual accounts and handling tax declarations. Skills in managing tax and accounting compliance. Experience working with international and multicultural teams.
