Product Manager

As Product Manager you will support product development on different programs. You will join a team of other product managers improving existing solutions & help accelerate growth on another program being launched. You will work in close collaboration with the Senior Product Leads, taking ownership of specific roadmap items. You will have the opportunity to shape AI-driven talent acquisition & retention solutions and work closely with some of the most passionate and experienced designers, software engineers and data scientists in HR tech. You will support work on both external hiring features for candidates & internal mobility features to help employees develop their internal career thanks to powerful AI capabilities. Responsibilities Acts as an advocate for the customer and internal stakeholders as it relates to product improvements. Understands vision, direction and priority of the Product Vision. Defines the Product Backlog for the assigned product and presents business justification for prioritization of backlog items. Liaise with Business Analysts and engineering teams. Performs a variety of tasks including but not limited to functionality requirement specification, competition analysis, customer beta programs, pricing analytics. Works with other departments in a cross-functional environment. Directly supports customer escalations, demonstrations and on-site visits. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Liaises with Product Marketing to ensure product positioning is effectively communicated. Consistently ensures that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and values. Qualifications 2+ years of Product Management experience. Technical ability to manage project assignments with a wide range of complexity in various areas of knowledge. Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative problem solving, business judgment and financial acumen are required. Strong knowledge and experience of product roadmap planning. Relationship building skills and the ability to plan and influence across all departments in the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey thoughts and ideas across all levels of the organization.
