QQFS is a leading provider of data-collection services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.Job DescriptionAbout the Role:QQFS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Qualitative Market Research team. The mission of the Qualitative Project Manager is to be a communication and relationship liaison between QQFS, our clients, and other teams. You will manage all aspects of each project on time and within budget. This role is ideal for someone with experience in international market research specifically focused on survey recruitment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage qualitative projects through the entire project life cycle including managing clients, partners, and healthcare professional samples.Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming respondents for interviews and focus groups, ensuring all respondents are prepared according to client requirements.Setup and testing of survey/screener, monitoring statistics, managing respondent honoraria, and project invoicing.Coordinate and lead project kick-off meetings to ensure all involved parties understand project specifications and responsibilities.Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status to meet client needs.Identify potential fielding concerns and partner with team members to address issues and improve performance.Manage relationships with vendors to facilitate timely deliverables and issue resolution.Monitor and account for all project costs affecting the budget.Provide guidance and mentoring to members of the Market Research Project Management team as needed.Qualifications1-2 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in the medical/healthcare field.Strong communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders.Problem-solving skills and proactivity in client communication.Ability to multi-task and plan project timelines.Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team.Basic math skills for calculating incidence rates, response rates, and honoraria amounts.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Outlook, and Word.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple research projects accurately and on-time.Additional InformationBenefitsLucrative performance-related remunerationRegular advanced trainingFlexible home workingOpen corporate culture & strong team cohesionCompany pension plan#LI-LC1#LI-Remote #J-18808-Ljbffr
