Role

As VP of Product, you are responsible to develop the product vision and roadmap and to ensure that Cybervadis solution not only is innovative and meets market needs but also contributes to the company's growth and success.

You report directly to the CEO.

Main responsibilities:

Developing the product vision:

  1. Conducting thorough research and engaging the industry and internal stakeholders to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  2. Identifying opportunities and threats in the market, anticipating market trends and generating innovative and differentiative ideas.
  3. Building a vision aligned with business goals and market needs.

Managing the product roadmap:

  1. Evaluating the potential impact and value of each feature to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.
  2. Maintaining a prioritized backlog of features balancing input from various stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering, effectively.
  3. Developing and regularly updating a detailed product roadmap with timelines.

Leading product management methodologies:

  1. Developing processes that ensure seamless collaboration between product management, engineering, customer success, marketing, and sales teams.
  2. Ensuring a smooth articulation between product management and engineering with very well-defined product specifications.
  3. Enhancing processes for product planning, development, and launch for further efficiency and quality.
  4. Incorporating design thinking methodologies to foster innovation and keep customer needs at the forefront.

Successfully launching new features and offers:

  1. Planning and executing product and features launches, including pricing, marketing, sales enablement, and operations and customer support activities.
  2. Ensuring the product meets quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  3. Tracking the performance of the product post-launch, including through customer feedback and KPIs monitoring, to ensure it meets expectations and identifying areas for improvement based on real-world usage and performance data.

Leading and managing a team of product managers and UX/UI designer(s):

  1. Setting goals and evaluating performance of the team and team members.
  2. Providing information, guidance, and resources (including tools) the product team members need to accomplish their mission.
  3. Maintaining a highly-efficient and happy product team (ex: career path, training plan).

Communicating:

  1. Providing regular updates to stakeholders on the vision, roadmap, and progress of product development, including achievements, challenges, and next steps.
  2. Engaging with customers, partners, and industry forums to represent the company’s product vision and strategy.

Expertise:

  1. At least 10 years of professional experience.
  2. Successful experience in directing a product management team.
  3. Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and knowledge of third-party risk management preferred.
  4. Entrepreneurial spirit with strong innovation and creativity.
  5. Strategic thinking and vision.
  6. Amazing cross-functional collaborative skills.
  7. Native, or perfectly fluent, English with international experience.
  8. Data-driven decision making.
  9. Customer focus.
  10. Excellent communication capabilities.
